About Early Days Therapy

Services

Early Days Therapy provides Paediatric Speech Pathology services for children aged 0-12 years. We are a mobile service providing sessions in your home, education or community settings. 


We can provide supports for children and their families who have an active NDIS plan that is Plan Managed or Self Managed.

Early Days Therapy provides Paediatric Speech Pathology services for children aged 0-12 years. We are a mobile service providing sessions in your home, education or community settings. 


We can provide supports for children and their families who have an active NDIS plan that is Plan Managed or Self Managed.


Early Days Therapy accepts self referrals, along with referrals from educators or other health care providers. A GP referral is not necessary to access services. 


Services aim to build the capacity of the support people in a child's life to be able to implement therapy and develop functional skills in their everyday routines. 


Early Days Therapy are able to provide a range of Speech Pathology services across the areas of: 

  • Speech sound production
  • Expressive language
  • Receptive language
  • Alternative and augmentative communication methods (AAC) 
  • Play skill development
  • Social communication
  • Fussy eating
  • Participation in daily routines.

Early Days Founder and Director, Jayemin Dowie, is a local Speech Pathologist from Corowa with 8 years experience in the speech pathology sector.   


Jayemin graduated from Charles Sturt University, Thurgoona, in 2014 and has since worked within Albury/Wodonga and surrounding regions. Jayemin has worked in a range of early intervention, edu

Jayemin has worked in a range of early intervention, education and disability services in the allied health sector, alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Educators.


Early Days Therapy is now excited to be able to provide paediatric Speech Pathology services in Jayemin's local area of Corowa.

  • Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) 
  • Inclusion 
  • Play based therapy and skill development
  • Supporting transition to school
